I bought something on Klixey
You just bought something from a creator's Klixey store. Here's how to find it.
Quick answer
Check your email — you'll have one of three messages: a magic-link email, a password-setup email, or a calendar invite. Open the link and you're in.
How you'll land in the customer portal
After your purchase, the creator sends one of three things by email:

| Magic link | One-tap access link, no password needed | Click the link in the email. You're logged in. |
| Password setup | First-time customers with a password-protected portal | Set your password, then sign in. |
| Calendar invite (.ics) | For appointments and events | Open the attachment to add it to your calendar. |
The portal lives at the same URL you bought from — for example klixey.com/the-creator/portal or the-creator.com/portal if they're on a custom domain.

Managing billing
Subscriptions, payment history, and updating your card all live under Account → Billing in the portal. Updates happen in-app — you don't get bounced out to Stripe's portal.
