Klixey has two ways to pay:
- Lifetime — pay once, keep the plan. Three tiers: Starter, Growth, Business.
- Subscription — pay monthly or annually. Two tiers: Pro and Scale.

Lifetime plans
A lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. There's no renewal date and no risk of losing access if a payment fails later. You can upgrade to a higher lifetime tier at any time.
Starter
For a single creator getting started.

Growth
For creators bringing on a few collaborators.

Business

Subscription plans
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually. They include everything in the lifetime plans plus AI tools, email marketing, and workflow automations.

Unlimited contacts, unlimited storage, and the full AI + marketing toolkit.

A lifetime plan doesn't expire unless your purchase is refunded or disputed.
Changing plans
You can change plans from your billing page at any time.
- Upgrade lifetime — buy a higher lifetime tier; you're charged the new tier's price and your previous purchase stays on file.
- Switch to subscription — start one whenever you like. Your subscription's higher limits take over.
- Swap subscription tiers — upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal; you keep your current plan's limits until then.
- Cancel a subscription — your subscription runs until the end of the period you've already paid for, then ends. Resume it before that date and there's no break.
Contact limits
If you're on a lifetime plan, your plan caps how many customers you can have. Subscriptions are unlimited.
When you reach 80% of your contact limit, we'll email you so you can plan ahead. If you hit the limit, your store keeps accepting new signups for a 14-day grace period — we'll send a reminder partway through and another on the final day. After that, new signups are paused until you upgrade or reduce your customer count. Existing customers keep their access either way.
Upgrading to a plan with a higher ceiling (or switching to a subscription) clears the over-limit state immediately.
See your usage live
Your billing page shows a contact-usage bar per workspace — the easiest way to see where you stand.
What counts toward each limit
- Contacts — anyone who buys from you, claims a freebie, or otherwise becomes a customer of your store. Team members don't count.
- Storage — total size of videos, images, and downloadable files across the workspace.
- Workspaces — workspaces you own under this plan. Workspaces where you're a team member belong to someone else's plan.
- Team members — collaborators you can invite, on top of yourself.
